Daily Workouts
All Revival Members have access to every program/version of the daily workout, programmed five days of the week. The daily program options vary based on the equipment found in each workout. Each daily workout and program has their own demo video, write up and customizations to help you make the program work for your time, equipment or ability. You can pick and choose based on your situation that day, or as you progress!
Tracking Tools
Revival App can make your fitness journey more enjoyable by providing fun and engaging tools to help you stay motivated. You can earn badges, win free gear, and track your progress with the Logbook, which offers milestones and challenges. Additionally, the Logbook allows you to see a snapshot of your fitness journey by tracking all your Revival workouts as well as any non-Revival workouts or movements you want to add.
Nutrition Support
Members have access to various nutrition tools to develop and maintain healthy habits. These include ongoing support from Nutrition Coaches, a nutrition blog with tips and resources, weekly recipes, and community challenges. Revival App also offers Nutrition Templates and Small Group Coaching for purchase with personalized guidance to help you take control of your nutrition.

Recognizing the importance of mental well-being, we conduct quarterly anonymous surveys to monitor mental health trends and identify stressors. Actionable insights from survey data to inform targeted wellness initiatives and ongoing evaluation to adapt and improve wellness offerings.
